Clients are responsible for providing timely access to systems, approvals, assets, and content required for delivery. Delays attributable to missing or late client inputs may shift project timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments accordingly.

You agree not to use this website or any Solagon service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities — including transmitting malicious code, conducting denial-of-service attacks, scraping content without authorization, or attempting unauthorized access to any system, account, or network.

All website content, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and code are owned by Solagon LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark.

You may view and print website content for internal, non-commercial reference only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from any website content without prior written consent from Solagon LLC.

Ownership and licensing of deliverables produced during paid engagements are governed by your signed service agreement.
