Rebuilding Aspire Health & Wellness Into a Patient Acquisition System

A custom website for a New Orleans + Metairie clinic — appointments wired straight into their booking system, a dedicated TV-commercials page, and individual service pages built to rank for the conditions patients actually search for.

What needed solving.

Aspire runs two clinics — one in New Orleans, one in Metairie — competing in a crowded local market against big out-of-state chains with much larger ad budgets. Their old site read like a generic medical brochure: cluttered, hard to navigate, and no clear path from a patient researching their condition to actually booking an appointment.

Three things needed to change. The site had to convert patients searching for sensitive treatments like ED care and weight loss. It had to highlight Aspire's real local credibility — TV spots, press appearances. And it had to actually rank in New Orleans and Metairie for the conditions patients type into Google.

It also needed to plug straight into Weave, the system the front desk already uses — so a booked appointment didn't end up in a second inbox someone had to manage by hand.

The build.

We rebuilt Aspire as a patient-acquisition system, not a brochure. Custom built end to end on a fast modern foundation.

Booking that goes where it should.

A clean, multi-step appointment form, pre-filtered by service (men's health, weight loss, IV therapy, soundwave therapy) and clinic location. Submissions land directly in Weave so the front desk works one inbox, not two. Tap-to-call and tap-to-text are built into the mobile header for patients who want a faster path.

A dedicated commercials page.

Aspire has put real money into TV ads and earned local press, and we built them a media page that shows it. Commercials play right on the page, press appearances sit alongside them, and search engines treat each piece as its own piece of credibility.

Service pages built to rank and convert.

Separate pages for Men's Health, Weight Loss, IV Therapy, and Soundwave Therapy — each with educational content, clear FAQs, and an obvious next step. Every page is tuned to rank for what real patients search for and convert in a single scroll.

Local search across both cities.

Dedicated New Orleans and Metairie pages plus a regular blog cadence on the topics Aspire's patients are actually searching. The site already ranks for terms like 'soundwave therapy for ED in New Orleans' and 'men's total health in Metairie.'

Trust built in.

LegitScript-certified and BBB-accredited badges in the header. A HIPAA page reassures patients about their data. Medical-grade hosting keeps everything fast and secure on the late-night mobile searches that drive most bookings.

We audited the local competition and the out-of-state chains Aspire was up against, then re-framed the brand around 'minimalist authority and conversion' — pulling Aspire out of the medical-brochure category and into a premium clinic position.
