Designing a website people can trust
Visitors judge a website partly by how easily it answers their questions. Make services, contact details, policies, and next steps easy to find. Use headings that describe the page instead of slogans that could belong to anyone.
Good typography and spacing help people read, but the content needs an owner too. Set a review schedule for pages with changing information and identify who can approve updates.
Test common tasks on mobile and with a keyboard. A site that looks polished in a mockup still has to work for the people using it.
