We built a custom platform with a single content management system underneath everything. Every coverage type, every service area, every team bio, and every article is one record the team edits in one place — and every page on the website rebuilds itself from those records.
Seventeen coverage pages, one consistent layout.
Coverages are grouped into three families: Personal (homeowners, auto, life, boat), Commercial (general liability, cyber, BOP, workers' comp, and more), and Property (rentals, builder's risk, vacant). Each coverage gets its own templated page with what's covered, who it's for, FAQs, and pricing factors — all built to rank for that specific search.
Four city pages tuned for local search.
Greenville, Whiteville, Wilmington, and Raleigh each have their own page. Each one talks to its market — flood exposure for Greenville, coastal wind for Wilmington, the commercial mix in Raleigh — and is built to show up in local search.
A 4-step quote tool that every CTA points to.
Visitors walk through Personal → Coverage → Property → Review with a clear progress bar and a sidebar reminding them why BlackArrow ('20+ years, 20+ carriers, licensed local agents'). Every 'Get a Quote' button anywhere on the site funnels here.
Real policy-servicing tools.
Forms for mortgagee changes and loan number updates, plus a 'File a Claim' page that links directly into all 18 carrier portals — Progressive, Universal Property, The Hartford, Travelers, and more. Clients route themselves; the agency stops fielding 'how do I file a claim?' phone calls.
A 51-article knowledge center.
Every article cross-links back to the coverage it's about. So someone reading 'The Cost of Skipping General Liability' lands one click away from the General Liability page, which funnels to the quote tool.
One admin, every page.
Add a coverage, edit a city page, publish an article, update a team bio — it all happens in one place, and every public page rebuilds itself. The BlackArrow team ships content without a developer in the loop.
